even on a reinstall the issue is persisting, there is something wrong with the shaders
If you change your transparency to complete it should fix this bloom problem

hey, on a seperate note, any idea what might be causing these mountains to cap off? i dont know if its natural or if they're supposed to be going higher
height is at y=256
what version of minecraft are you on?
hey, im on 1.20.1. I just fixed this by going into my tectonic config and changing the parameters to allow a change in world height.
so my issue is resolved. leaving this here in case anyone else has trouble
just kidding lmaooo still having the issue for some reason
I could tell given there is no tectnic config
@That Guy
according to the json setting the increased world height to true would increase it to 620
this is clearly not the case
only thing it might be is that betterx is overriding this, but idk
in data packs, the world limit increase is prioritized, so i dont know
oh I thought you meant in the in game settings
I am not sure how to help you but are you on windows or mac?
I just read over that and you may have a tectonic v1 world and so it's build hieght cannot be changed until it is upgraded
huh gotcha. ill try it
im on windows
thanks!
the reason I asked what platform you were on is because on mac there are many bugs
i figured
it was a mod called infinity cave unfortunately
oh
