hello, my third logins are stuck at 13/15 days and I can’t change my email / number

I changed my device about 2 weeks ago ( it has been more than 15 days for sure )
On my previous phone i could change it since the account was logged in for more than a year almost. But i don’t use neither have access to the old device. And my account is stuck at 13/15 days for almost 3 days if not 4.
My (work email) is connected to it and I would like to change the email but i can’t do so
