You have embedium in your mods folder

Have you deleted the overworld SQL file but not the nether/end SQL files?
I've seen this error before when I forgot to do that myself
It looks like you're trying to update one of the unsupported DB versions from the ultra-nightly build phase.
Delete the old databases (one of each dimension) to fix the issue.
the thing is, i already did that, 3 times
cleared the entire data folder several times
Did you clear the dim-1 and dim1 folders?
