I've tried working on DH + Iris for about 10 hours and it's making me wanna scream :lol:
Long story short, I have the mod showing in game, I've set the distance to 500 for ref, but it's not loading past my Render Distance... I've included my Mod list hoping some fresh eyes can help... This is MC 1.18.2, Using Forge, and the correct version of DH + Iris

The Q is... Why isn't it rednering out the LOD Mod?
two problems
Iris+DH is 1.20.1 and 1.20.4 only
and you are on Forge. Iris is for Fabric

Okay, My better question leads to most of my confusion, How does one fix this? :LOL: Because I've been trying some hacky shiz to try make it work... using replacement mods instead of Iris, I'm also now noticing I'm in Iris asking how to not use Iris :LOL:
you can't get what you want without using the supported versions

If you plan to stay on Forge, there's Oculus which recently implemented Distant Horizons support, which the mod can be downloaded on their Discord server.
...which is only for 1.20.1 and 1.20.4, same as iris
