definitive suspension
i want to know if it possible to gat an account deban from an definitve suspension ,cause i buted a lot of money in my account and i got ban and every tive a do a request they tell me there is no probleme can you plz help ,and if it possible i want to talk about it with a moderator or an administrator

You can contact support to try to appeal the suspension. If they deny the appeal, then the suspension will most likely stay unless overriden in the future. Goodluck in appealing it.
