Hacked Account Couldn't Recover
Recently my account got hacked, is there any way to recover it? My Facebook and Wechat is still connected there, but the hacker changed my email and phone. I have submitted a account reset but it was denied 😔 i feel so sad that I can't explain. The level is 59 and i was playing for 5 yrs and I don't know what to say. I used to play it on S23 Ultra, but on the form there was no option. I changed my phone two months ago, and after that i could not log in anymore. Now i have s24 ultra.

Darn , have you typed a message in the PubGM customer service.
Same for me. Already contacted the customer service in the game to unlink the phone number but same useless reply for 3 times

They ask about my activities for the past 6 months. The thing is, the last time i played is more than 6 months
my issue is that the hacker keep claiming by his own to prevent me from providing right answers
you have screenshots of your previous games?
i have been uploading my gamplays on my pages and tiktok from 2021. So yes i have like 1000s of evidences like screenshots and videos uc topups
but same the customer service are not just want to pay attention and act like our 4 years in this game means nothing

Submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Yes we have TRIED many times. Its useless as we need evidence ONLY for the past 6 months. What if we havent played for the last 6 months?
