My account was banned without warning and for no reason, I did not violate the terms and conditions of the game, and I did not play with any cheaters. can you please check again and un ban my account as I didn't break any of your rules.
And all my teammates do not use any file or hacking programs

All my teammates they don’t ever use any hacks of files or even glitches
My file claim got declined but my teammate is under review
If you have any objections to the claim results, please contact the customer service.
