Customer surive is not resolving the issue.
Recently my account was compromised.
But the issue is I wanted to file a recovery claim. However, the hacker/scamer is one step further. He/she files the claim with wrong answers and quickly. I have tried many options besides waiting for 4 weeks to file my claim but it don't work either they always files before me.

Cherry on the top I am attaching my pubg profile screenshot arround 3/2.5 year old.
Furthermore, I can provide any required information usually recovery tool asks for uc topups etc.
