Kids T-shirts with a specific design

OK, have a weird one here. Although my second son has a lot of interest in fashion, my older one has never shown one until very recently. He is asking for t-shirts with a black base, with paint splatters or neon colored designs on them. Totally not my wheelhouse. I found one on Shien (sorry), but it fell apart pretty quickly. I know this is a bit of a long shot, but does anybody know a tween brand that might have this sort of design?
