My claim has been declined (but I didn't explain what happened correctly)
Hello I am old player , I have played PUBG for 4-5 years , My records is clean, you can check my old matches , I want to explain what happened to me to get BAN ( By wrong ) , I downloaded program from internet , I thought it's new version of Gameloop because pc was lagging during fight for that reason I thought that my emulator needs update or something like that, I downloaded it then I shocked when I discovered that is cheat , I closed it immediately (I don't even entered any match), then I closed the game and slept , when I woke up I discovered that my account has been banned , I shocked and I sent my claim without details ( Because I was in shock ) , I swear I didn't use any kind of cheating files and you can check my old matches and records . Thank You

You may use the File Claim option to appeal for your suspension. @Trojan :qt:
As I explained above, I did that, but I didn't explain what happened to me in detail because of my shock at the situation. For this reason, my request was rejected, and I cannot send another request.
Could u tell me what can I do ?
