Deploy with ssr

since yesterday i'm trying to put my site online on my server only my port 3000 is already in use. I've followed the deployment tutorial on the Nuxt site but there's nothing I can do. I still want to launch on port 3000.

Hello please help , I have application with rest api laravel , when I put ssr: true in production nothing working , nginx config , while in local working fine
