Ping issues
Im using a 390mbps wifi and still laggy, fps drop, 60+ping whereas the game say it's 51ms.

pls help me
you could try lowering your graphics settings if your fps is dropping. As well using ethernet makes internet more reliable.
also 51 ping is really not bad, I play NA from LATAM and I play usually on 100ish ping and it's just fine
naah im playing on 1024 res and still the ping succ

what do you mean by this?
it could be client side, I personally haven't had any issues, nor have anyone i play with. You could try re-installing the game. The files could be corrupted. But I don't think it's server side.

It does not. Ping is the connection to the server in milliseconds. FPS is Frames per Second so the amount of visual updates. FPS is affected by client side hardware. Ping is affected by internet and the server side.
(this is a simplificaton)
if voicelines are delayed and the textures are taking long to load, it sounds like your computer is struggling to run Valorant
I reccomend lower graphics settings or closing background apps

4 GB of RAM
1 GB of VRAM
and for an estimated 30 fps
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 | CPU
Intel HD 4000 | GPU
you meet the RAM requirements and the CPU requirements but not the VRAM or GPU (i think)

it's the riot sever ping likely to be the issue
