managing DNS by CLI? create subdomain with IP via CLI?

i got a question, do you guys now how to setup DNS in CLI, without to visiting the Homepage? just like
gh repo create in github
chatgpt shows me this command, but i couldn't found any documentation

There might be third-party tools/tools you can build yourself, but this is the only one that I know of that is official
