i can’t log in to my account because I didn’t receive the verification code to my email
I usually log in with my email
Please make sure that you have entered the correct email address that you have linked to your PUBG MOBILE account, @broski. Please try to check different sections and folders in your email for the verification code. Please also make sure that this email <noreply@pubgmobile.com> is whitelisted in your email. If the issue still persists, please try to change your password and see if it helps.
If your issue remains unresolved after following the above steps, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response from the customer service, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
