I need help I bought uc and the game declined the purchase but in my bank account it shows that the money has Ben taken

It might be pending. You can call the bank aswell
It has never happened to me . While you wait does anything change ?

If you still haven't received the purchased UC, please reach out to the in-game customer service for further assistance. You can contact the customer service through your Account settings using the Customer Service option located at the bottom.
