its from a book i got from a friend
Maybe people in the $unity Discord would know more. It looks like perfectly valid C# code to me, so maybe Unity is having some issue, reading an older version or some such

most those keywords are just white, its not supposed to be like that
is your unity editor set up with VS? Does VS open when you double click a script in unity?
