I can't access my PUBG Mobile account
My PUBG Mobile account was linked to a Facebook account that I deleted a while ago, without being linked to any email or phone number, i tried to claim the account back through recovery in customer service, and tried my best to answer the questions however the claim got rejected and I couldn't answer 6 months activity questions since I wasn't active at the time , my UID : 5501567949
* I still have a recorded gameplay clip playing with my account name in it *

If your account has been lost and you are unable to log into your account, please contact the in-game customer service and submit an account recovery request through the login page of the game by navigating to Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim, @O5M.
If you are unable to resolve your issue through the customer service, you may create a new post in #support with a description, your numeric user identification and a video recording of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit your support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
I simply submitted an account claim, (it wasn't a conversation) and I still have the claim number in my emails, and I have already submitted my support request in the official support subreddit, waiting for a response
