I don't play with files. All that happened was that someone hacked my account on 11/26/2023, and when I got my account back on the very second day. I am sure he was the one playing with the files. Also, in that particular update, the system was only working on reviewing it and giving a final ruling. The biggest proof of my words is that I remember on 11/27/2023. I was playing from morning until evening. I did not receive a message saying, “Our system has discovered the presence of files, and the system will ban this account.” 10 For years, I also put the Israeli flag in my account, and I am in North Africa, and in most of the matches it is between Middle Eastern countries, so there were always reports about me motivated by racism. Everything helps complicate the issue.I ask for a minute review again of the information I provided to you, and I hope that it will be sufficient at the present time and that you will give me a final decision, even if I am five months away, regarding this account of mine.

If your account gets suspended, and if it ends up being permanently suspended, please know that there is absolutely nothing we can do to help. PUBG MOBILE's policy is very clear that it does not matter who made the account get suspended, whether it was the owner or someone else using the account; because, as per the terms of service that every player acknowledged and accepted upon their account creation, the owner is solely responsible for securing their account. If the system detects that unauthorized activities have been performed on your account, there is no way the customer service can restore the account after a suspension.
