The performance of Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G cannot run 60FPS. Personally, I know that the lowest Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 series processor that supports the 60FPS option is Snapdragon 765G:pubgm_revive:

the cpu (Helio G95) is weaker than 732G and it can run 60 fps
I believe you used GFX or similar tools because the latest iteration of Helio G95, Helio G99, does not support 60FPS too
Snapdragon 732G does not meet the minimum hardware requirements to access 60 FPS on Smooth graphics.
i don't use GFX or similar tools, you can search about the phone and you will see that it can run 60 FPS
and also Redmi note 8 Pro (helio G90T) can run 60 FPS with out GFX tools
but how G95 & G90T can run HDR and 60 FPS on smooth graphics although the G95 - G90T are weaker than 732G
The reason why Redmi Note8 Pro supports 60FPS is because Redmi focused on promoting and adapting game features at that time
