fps with rethinking voxels
Im using rethinking voxels and im either capped at 30fps anything and it wont go lower which tells me it is just capped, any ways to uncap it possibly?

You probably have vsync enabled, which destroys fps
Not destroys, rather forcing an fps cap.
it's not just that. Minecraft's vsync is really crappy and lowers fps by a lot
no it does not but if you cap your fps by the minecraft fps setting it does ruin your fps and causes alot of screen tearing
it does. It's happened time and time again where people are asking why their fps is so bad and it nearly triples with it off
well they may have some settings enabled or disabled that with vsync it ruins their fps my fps is no different with vsync then it is with no vsync
I personally see no difference in fps with vsync on or off if my fps is below my refresh rate.
But it used to make my fps drop below well below my refresh rate but this was years ago and I’m not sure what changed
