Game suddenly loses TONS of FPS when breaking blocks

I tried fixing it but i have no idea what is happening, it started when i added distant horizons to my modpack, here is the mod list:

It runs smoothly, but as soon as i click any block the game freezes and goes from 0 to 2 fps and then goes up a bit (around 30) if I keep breaking blocks, normal for me is 53-60

might be, looks the same tho i can´t see him breaking the blocks
