It being a day I reported they didn't respond and like a day or 2 I can easily buy uc with no problem idk happen it now
Please wait for their response, till then you may also try troubleshooting your issue regarding payment cancellation,failure.

Unfortunately, this issue is not related to PUBG MOBILE, your only option is to wait for Google's response or you may try purchasing UC via PUBG MOBILE Pay.
