Account recovery
My problem is that I activate the secondary verification on my Pubg account . After I reset my phone on 14/03/2024 due to the auto back issue , when I try to log in it asks me to put in the secondary verification code , but I never received that no matter how many times I waited I reached to the support team on the login page after following theirs instructions they asked me to fill in the account recovery I did that 3 time now and It always fail.
Hear me out It is my account I have been playing with for 3years , I just need it back please

I didn't change my phone nor my phone number since 2022, it is the same number I use to create my Mail account that is why my Pubg mobile account has the same profile pic as my Mail account
