Everything green far away
I'm using Fabric&Iris, but even with no shaders applied this happens

That is expected unfortunately, and is because of the limitations by the way dh renders stuff. It takes the color of the top most block, like grass or leaves, and applies it to the ones below it as well to save memory

But is there a way to counter it? or make it better? its not even that far away
If you don’t want the LODs to render that close then increase your base render distance
Otherwise there’s nothing that can be done about it
