@Matti Airas not sure if it's the right channel, but I have the first generation of sailorHAT on a raspberry pi 4b. Would it work on raspberry pi 5?

Maybe #hardware? Let's not get stuck on that, though. I haven't tested it (so a little pinch of salt), but yes, it would. It won't be able to supply a whole lot of peripherals, though. Under CPU stress testing, Pi 5 pulls close to 0.8 A @ 12 V, and the continuous current rating of SH-RPi v1 is something like 1.2 A. So the worst-case margin is just 0.4 A.
Hmm, thats a condition to take into consideration indeed. I am not planning to put a lot of extra hardware on it. Will give it a try once I have ordered the RPI5. Thanks.
