My request is rejected how i will get back my account i provided all previous buying and connected account details correct but ot,s rejected i think i create a video with buying proof and previous attached account i see pubg is a not good customer service

Rejected claims indicate that one or more of the information provided are not accurate. Please ensure that everything is correct before submitting a claim.
I got rejected 2 times already. I got screenshots of invoices and me playing on the account 1-2.years ago and any other thing that is needed

If your are locked out of your account, you can use the Help option located on the login page and submit an account recovery request, @Sayid.hussen. You can navigate to Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.

Please make sure that you have entered all the required and accurate information when submitting the in-game account recovery request, and make sure to contact the customer service from a device that you used more often to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, @Sayid.hussen.
If you have any objections to the claim results, you may create a new post in #support by providing a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation.
