This may sound odd but
Have you tried turning your render distance to max in settings, it worked for me and I use complimentary shaders
it is already turned to the max
What shader are you using? And if your using sodium and iris try using optifine
I was using BSLs, and about optifine, it doesn't make the game a performant as sodium does
Try using complementary shaders, certain shaders can mess with it
And unless you have anything worse than a 1660 you'll be fine, it's what I have and I still get 70 fps on max settings using optifine
But try change shaders then try optifine
If neither work, I got no idea
eugh I guess I worked that out under sodium

Didn't it say it wasn't compatible with vulkan
