Is the Xiaomi 13T pro with processor
{ Dimensity 9200plus 3.35 GHz } capable of running 120 frames?

I think it is but it depends upon the pubg mobile developers to make sure that the device is optimized and it supports 120 fps
Not always, also about the processor ability. Because (unreal engine) with best optimization it's 90% for Console.
And be sure about which Bandwidth, Gigaflops and gpu, cpu memory frequency.
