404 after error

What would cause this? if my n3 project runs into an error in browser console, I get a 404 saying the path cant be found (even though i was just looking at /login) and then if i refresh, i get the EBUSY: Resource busy error. the console also just infinitely seems to reload this. to get it back to life i need to kill the process & start over
