In order to get Vanguard, VALORANT’s anti-cheat, to work on your computer you most enable secure boot and TPM 2.0. Here are some resources that will assist you in the process:

Ok do this:
access BIOS setup from Windows 10 by going to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced startup > Restart now > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart.
it will boot into bios settings
From there, there should (depending on your motherboard) be a setting somewhere that says "Secure Boot" and you can enable/disable it

like uninstall vanguard, valorant, and riot client
And try reinstalling
