DH settings/Settings In General.
I'm running an i7 4770, (a little outdated) and a gtx 1080. I wanted to know the best settings that go accordingly with my specs. Ex. Render load time and whatnot.
Anything helps. 🙂

Your CPU’s gonna struggle a bit generating stuff and there’s not too much you can do besides downloading c2me and noisium
With a 1080 you should get good performance with DH and iris if you turn your vanilla render distance down a bit and play at 1080p
Or use taau
can you elaborate on what 'taau' is?
thank you
Some shaders have TAA upscaling which basically renders your game at a lower resolution and uses information from past frames to make it look like a higher resolution
Basically DLSS but nowhere near as good
I see
It can help improve performance without making it look too much worse
Bliss has that feature?
I think so
Got it
which CPU would you recommend me to upgrade to?
You’d have to upgrade your motherboard and potentially your memory
Figured
And it depends on your budget
what is a good budget motherboard, thats like affordable for it's price
planning to use like, 500?
Depends on what cpu generation and brand you want to buy
Intel, preferably

INLAND Micro Center Intel Core i5-13600K Desktop Processor 14 (6P+8E) Cores up to 5.1 GHz Unlocked with MSI PRO B760-P WiFi DDR4 ProSeries Motherboard
There are bundles like this which are pretty good deals
Keep in mind that intel is phasing out lga 1700 with their next generation of cpus (15th gen) which means if you want to upgrade to a 15th gen or newer cpu in the future you’ll need a new motherboard again
Just realized that that motherboard doesn’t support ddr5 memory so if you’re planning on upgrading to ddr5 eventually then don’t get that
C2ME, Noisium, yep, those help a lot
