client-side error

There is a client-side error with your network or device. In order to ensure the security of your data, please check your network and device before reconnecting. End Time: XX.XX.XXXX XX:XX (UTC+0) this kind of error appeared for my friends few times, internet was stable, not a wifi, pc connected to cable. they got ban for 30 min - 1 hour. for no reason is this problem of game? i've seen this kind of question and support threads many time already, i'm worried about safety of my and accounts of friends of mine, what we can do to avoid this kind of punishment, and why this even is a punishment i don't get it... server got high ping and user has to be banned for this? all the bans have 1 similarities their ping got 500+ for a second and then they got disconnected and got banned for this. please assist @Moderator this is pubgm related problem? or gameloop? some of my friends are on mopile some on pc, they both got a ban with same description, client side or network side error... they are from: Georgia, Platform: IOS/Android and PC. Server: EU (all) Network: 3 mobile (2cellcular&1wifi) 3 PC connected via Wifi/cable (1 wifi, 4cable) can't give recording have just a screenshot 1 of the ban notification... i suggested them to routine repair and see if it helps, but if this appears again this wont be 30 min ban anymore... 1 hour or 24hour or more who knows, why players are punished for game side error? and how prevent it? @Tencent i wanted to post this in #support but i have questions related to this issue and my friends already got cd out from ban so i don't need a technical help much.
