does it happen everywhere, or just grass plains?
Disabling tint with avoided blocks fixes it, though this means bad snow color in some places as before
most places with grass/trees

i do have a few others
change to default RP and restart ig
otherwise try with just DH barebone
after many worlds created, i found that xali's enhanced vanilla was causing it
