Can you fix this / can you make it render blocks instead (it looks horrible)

Any of the chunks outside of my render distance are rendered as really blocky squares of colour

increase the quality in the DH settings also for future reference this is not a question for this server. You should instead ask questions related to Distant Horizons in its respective discord server
