Problem with leaves graphics
I recently redownloaded the game to play with some friends and I noticed that no matter what leaves graphic setting I use, they look like in the picture. Besides fast, neither default or fancy fix the issues, I never had this problem before so this is new to me.

Leaf culling, some mod has it probably
are you using Iris? If you just redownloaded the game that wouldn't be happening but you have mods installed so I can guarantee something is going on that is culling leaves
if you have Embeddium I know that has a leaf culling feature
it is a modpack, i could check it
yeah, check for leaf culling, it can help performance a lot but don't set it to cull more than 2 leaves in
ok i knew it had something to do with culling
but i actually needed to restart my game after changing the settings for it to apply fully

honestly would make more sense if leaves were culled and then the leaf texture was redone to make it look more solid without actually rendering stuff inside
