First off, please just select one mc version and modloader, selecting all of them isnt exactly helpful
Second, did you try disabling shaders

out of helpness ive tried to turn on and off everthinmg and now its just gone

why is diabling the config icon even an opition?
maybe for modpacks who don't want their users to be able to edit it or smth like that

or loads and soent show anything

your cooked you have to make another mc lunch bec ive just made a new world and now it dosent work
You dont have to make a completely new mc instance just because you changed the settings

Yes DH sometimes doesnt like it if you change a bunch of things at once but all you have to do is a quick restart or at the very best, delete the config

Whenever you change the render distance, LODs will disappear for a bit but they should show up after a bit depending on how fast your CPU is

LODs are just there
Its rendering just fine
When you change it from 32 to 128, it wont just instantly show you 128 chunks
The LODs have to actually be generated before it can show you them
Thats what that "world gen tasks" line means
If you want to speed up LOD generation, increase CPU load in the config
That will make your game laggier but it will generate LODs faster, I recommend you just set it to the highest you feel comfortable with and wait a bit while it generates
Maybe a problem is that default (for me anyway) thread count for DH is 6, you only have 4 threads
