You put an installer in your mods folder. Remove it
I think you're using the wrong version of REI
you're probably trying to load a 1.20.2 or 1.20.4 version of it on 1.20.1

I would like to know what launcher you're using.

You're using the wrong launch profile anyway. Change from Iris & Sodium to Fabric in the installation list.

this wouldn't be a sodium nor iris issue, but rather something with Minecraft itself. You won't find much help here with your issue
my skins are loaded if I play through optifain, and if through sodium, they are loaded only in a single
