2 elements is weird as hell
you should have 3, and the starter should be in the middle
"time saved +x hours" is very weird to read
you should try something like "save +2 hours a week" or something
also, the "time saved" should be the first one
it's incredibly weird to have $0 $0
it actually doesn't make sense
you have "free plan" but then you have "starter"
that's inconsistent
also, the dashed line around the weird checkbox-radiobutton-wannabe-thingy is very hard to see

Readability aside, it's odd that it's labeled as a free plan, yet it's supposedly discounted from $50. If it's free, then it's free. No need to mention what it's supposedly worth otherwise unless it's actually being sold at a discount for a specific reason (e.g. coupon, limited-time offer, etc.)

Possibly. And on that front, I agree with your other point that 3 options is better than 2
you'll have to notice that almost every website has 3 or 5 options
and the middle one is always the "bs best value"
and highlighted as well
this conditions the mind to pick the middle one, because it offers more features than the free one, but it isn't as much as the ridiculous premium mega supremo pack
also, it's the first one you see anyways
The other thing that jumped out to me was the greenish drop shadow on the "Launch now" button. Not a good color with the rest. That aside, my recommendation is to nix the drop shadows on both buttons. It doesn't fit with the rest of the design.
maybe add the shadow on hover, but with another color
just so monkey brian goes "wow"
I'd be inclined to use a glow effect on hover instead of a drop shadow.

@ἔρως thank you for the detailed feedback, I made an update. but having two plans is something normal and three plans are more common to see for sure.
I might add a third plan for mono repo for example but for now I don't think it is a big deal!
