Best version of the short-sleeved Breton stripe T-shirt?
I've been chasing an inverted navy/white Breton stripe shirt like this for a while, and none of the options thus far have been quite in line with what I'm looking for.
I've tried half a dozen variants of the theme (multiple versions from Scotch & Soda, Selected, BR) but finding one that fits well and has the right interpretation of the stripe has been a challenge.
I'm also open to a more traditional white/navy Breton stripe so long as it's short-sleeved and fits comfortably.

good point, by 'well' I mean a fairly generous cut with room for airflow on hot days but not so long that I need to get it hemmed. I don't know which fit Uniqlo used for their MOMA tees, but those are pretty close to my ideal, although it could be a bit larger. Interpretation of the stripe is also pretty vague, but the selected one, for example, has more of a pinstripe for the white, which is a departure from the classic Breton and probably doesn't even qualify. Ideally, I would like one similar in stripe proportions to the classics but with the larger stripes being navy
although matching that one would be fine too tbh, just not so much the others where the white stripe is much larger relative to the navy

Length shoudn’t be an issue but they fit quite small
although the Scotch & Soda L was a dress on me
now that I'm looking at the long-sleeved versions more, I'm starting to wonder if mabye I should just go with that

how is the neck width? is it on the wider side as it appears to be in the last photo?
if you'd asked yesterday I'd have sent you a photo of me wearing mine, but the real answer is that it depends on how big your neck and traps are really
neck is narrower on me than most my tees.
also IME the community clothing ones shrink a bit (I've had three), so go up a size.
