Changing Target Framerate in Dedicated Server

SOLVED! Hey y'all, sorry if this has been asked before - I couldn't find anything. I have a dedicated server for me and my friends and the target framerate in SteamCMD is set to 60. We all have beefy computers and when we play regular multiplayer we're all getting way higher FPS so I was curious if there's a way to crank this out higher? I know in the CMD file the value is set to 60, but before messing with it I was curious if it would have weird side effects (is there a recommended max? Does changing the file when the server already exists restart/rebuild the server from scratch?)

There really isn't much point in setting it higher than 120, you need to restart

Oh 120 would be great! But it would restart the server?

Yes, you need to restart if you want to change any settings

As in shut it down and restart it, or it would completely reset spawns, inventory, story and wipe out all the buildings?

Just restart the server and it will be back to normal

You can always make backups if you're worries about messing something up

I thought you were saying it would delete all progress. K one last question - if I set the target to 120, what happens if one of my buddy's can only do like 90fps but the rest of us can do 120?

Pretty sure it's just the framerate cap
