Try to put the walls/windows on both sides.
Both sides means? I try half wall

You cannot put the rails between the 2 stairs as they do not have sustain. Maybe try to put the entire wall (not the half one) on the sides of the floor surface.
It was bug or what . But now its working.
Not sure about it; perhaps you had to switch in your pov and not in Free Edit.
sometimes the snapping is a bit glitchy
I used free edit for recording other wise i was doing pov edit.
it would be cooler i think if u unlock multiplayer edit and have an alt record in free edit while you build normally
Since your level was 11, the story was 8/8 so you couldn’t place it. Once you have upgraded your home to level 12, you were able to place it on the floor.
If you look here you can see 9/12, so basically you are able to build another floor.
