Go into task manager and check Storage usage/speed thing

On the task manager in processes it should show disk usage thing check that
If your on a hdd it's possible it's completely being used already and can't give speed to riot client. If that is not the case then you could try running the riot client as administrator

Your on wifi so it's possible that nets causing issues try to restart net and change dns to. Look up a YouTube tutorial if you wanna know how to change dns

If that fails. Last option is to find valorants install folder delete it and then try installing again it's possible it just can't write in the location have seen installer do that crap before
