Hey hi guys I'm new to this group and .net I just started learning .net I don't have any experience in c# can some one guide me where should I start should I learn c# or .net I have 5+ years of experience in software engineer I have worked with java JavaScript php and python most I like backend and I'm using .net for backend rest API

"C# or .NET" isn't a choice you have, C# is a language that runs on the .NET runtime
that nice look i want some senior suggestion that why the title is like that i could write how to start my c# road but some new bay will give me they road i want to learn from senior that why ?
no i have started workin with .net in webapi but when i install any database package like postgresql it is not working error like throw exp in staing some thing like that ?
