How to install mods on a G-Portal server?

Many mods work just if I have them on my client but quite a few others don't. Does anyone know where I'd have to go to install the necessary mod files on a G-Portal server?

@EyDavid how do you mean you don't need to install mods to a server as there is no server side mods

For example, restless Kelvin seems to work on my Singleplayer game but not on the server. I assumed that if I were to install the mods on the server as well that it would then work :)

@EyDavid No mods need to be coded to work server-side and redloader just recently got multiplayer support so it'll be a bit till mods that support it are released

if you look at installation video its not 100 percent client side its on the server as well, they call out to one another.

the mods don't do anything they aren't coded to communicate with one another so putting it on the server doesn't matter... Yes they may work in multiplayer but everything is happening clientside
