Weird color glitches
when when moving around either flying or not flying, i randomly get strechted out color glitches, i've tried to take a screen shot of them but it happens too fast for me to even attempt too.
if possible can someone try help me figure out what is causing this, and if need be i can keep trying to take a screen shot of it?

i actually got one just now (this happens off servers too)
That is very peculiar. Try the solution in #Glitch when chunks are loading and see if it works.

Not the same issue, then.
sadly not aye, it was already set to that option
Sometimes you need to reset the option as in turning it off and on to get it away. But as this visual artifact is not the same as the other post I linked, it's unlikely to fix your issue.
ah alrighty, is there possibly anything else i could try?

it might help if i give more context, this doesn't happen all the time, its common enough to be an issue, but when flying it randomly happens even in chuncks that are already loaded in. so nothing changing and it randomly wants to do that
i found out what it is, but not how to fix it. turns out its the shaders.
