''Failed to set ADXL345 register [0x38] to 0x90: got 0xc8...'' on (almost) all input shaper commands
I get this error whenever I try to use either of the ADXL345 accelerometers connected to my printer [V-Minion] even though the ADXL345 is connected fine.
There is a small exception however. When I run ''TEST_RESONANCES AXIS=X'' it works fine but ''TEST_RESONANCES AXIS=Y'' doesn't. Here are the values I have set in printer.cfg; I have been busting my head over this for a while so any help is greatly appreciated 🙂

It's quicker to test if you use
ACCELEROMETER_QUERY CHIP="adxl345" or ACCELEROMETER_QUERY CHIP="rpi". If adxl345 fail (the one you have manually configured for y), then your adxl345 connection to the SKRat is faulty. Bad wiring or bad adxl or the adxl is shorting etc.
It's also possible the adxl345 isn't actually an adxl345, because the error you're getting isn't usually indicative of wiring issues, it's a problem setting a register after it has established connection.
So, check your adxl345 chip, check your wiring yada yada.
