You have chances of getting it in your next spin, but if you haven't gotten it and you are 9 spins in and the scar is last you'll get it.
And playing 10 times on the lucky draw, you'll receive all the rewards guaranteed, but its all luck based, so play out and find your luck
Last or second last depend on either value of gun in more or value of outfit.
