Can't install Iris DH Beta
When i try installing iris DH beta through the launcher i just get this error message, what does it mean and what should i do?

do not unzip that shader, it's supposed to be zipped

makes me wonder why the installer exists, you just drop the mods in the mod folder, boom, done
because mod loaders are not an easy concept for everyone
many Minecraft players can barely use FIle Explorer
when you use a launcher that allows a mod loader to be installed with a version of minecraft (prism does that for example)
then it's far easier to just download the mods and throw them into the folder

Ok, let me walk you through it:
Get Fabric installed (I don't know how that's done, you can find video tutorials on youtube)
Then download the mods not the installer, and chuck them into the mods folder (that's gonna be in C:/Users/insert your username on your computer here/AppData/.minecraft/mods)
The mods will be in a zip file, unzip the zip file, copy the mods out of there and paste them into the folder

Ok here's what you'll need to do to get to the .minecraft folder:
Press the Windows Key and at the same time press R, this will open the so called "Run" window
Into the text field in that window press %AppData%
That will get you to AppData
in there is a folder called .minecraft
Im in the .mimecraft folder

put all the mods ALL the mods in the mods folder
and then run the game, it should go
