forge taking long to load
forge with iris and distant horizon in its mod folder is taking insanely long to load with low cpu usage?

It is surprising that this is doing anything at all, since iris is not compatible with the forge mod loader. You will need to use fabric if you want to use iris. Iris 1.6.x and distant horizons 2.0.1 also do not support shaders, only later versions, so you should get beta versions if you want to use the shader support
yeah but even when i remove iris from the mod folder distant horizons alone takes insanely long
like iris makes no difference if its there or not
i allocated more ram to the forge installation too like some online posts suggested but that didnt work either
forge by itself without distant horizons in it works fine
what does task manager show
an initial bump in usage as i click launch from the launcher then it rapidly slows wayyy down untill forge hits 0.2-0.3% usage
i tried using fabric now dowloaded the mods but get crash reports
okay so i did get fabric working but forge still dosent but its fine i guess ill just use fabric thanks guys
