Echoing when moving.

Is there anyway to fix this? been through all the settings.

what is the issue? What does "echoing" mean? This is a word usually associated with sound but your video has no sound

If you look closely their skin is shaking/wobbling

Artifact caused by TAA. Turning off the setting will removed it, but your game will look crap from a lot of aliasing.
